A dedicated building serves as a diversely equipped service center. We can produce parts using an array of different methods including milling, water jet cutting, MIG and TIG welding 3D printing with Multi-jet, Color-jet, SLA, Ceramic SLA and Vacuum Casting. We can tool up for a variety of short run production parts and have the ability to complete single units or continuous short run production. The center operates on 3 shifts.
We can also recommend materials ranging from Resins to Ceramics for specific applications. Encapsulation of circuit boards and LED lighting, prototype iterations, packaging proof of concept, custom instrumentation case design, reverse engineering, obsolete part manufacturing are just a few examples of our capabilities.
